Providing a positive and happy future for adults with learning disabilities.
“The community at Camphill Blair Drummond provides a wonderful example of how people even with the most severe disabilities can lead creative and fulfilling lives. I have huge admiration for the strong set of values that guide them and in particular, have found the care they show to each other an inspiration and joy to witness.
I very much hope you will join me in taking this opportunity to help safeguard the future of this lovely community and protect a special way of life that means so much to so many.“
Anthony Weld Forester, Managing Director of Sotheby’s Scotland and Appeal Committee Chairman
Help us secure our future
We have made remarkable progress over the last 4 years thanks to your donations of time and money. We have built four new modern homes and refurbished Clock House and Linden house to the same high standards as the new houses. We are now focusing our attention on building A Sports and Recreational Centre at the entrance to our Community. We are proposing to have a multi-purpose sports area which will have various activities: yoga, boccia, football, basketball, badminton, table tennis, dance and a separate area specifically for gym equipment.
You can help secure the future of our unique community, a place that literally changes lives. With your support we can ensure that each and every one of our residents can continue to thrive as well as welcome more people to join us in our home.
“This is not a care home, it’s a real home. By making the necessary changes now we can preserve its uniqueness and make life here even better“
Jason Glass, Director of Operations.
We need your support to share in our vision and help us safeguard our very special way of life.
Please help us today. Your support will make all the difference. Together we can strengthen our unique community so that we can continue to thrive and welcome more people.
