We are looking to recruit a housekeeper. In addition to the regular routine cleaning duties you will be providing welfare and support to our team of 35 young International Volunteers who have come from all around the world to be part of our Community and for whom this is their home for a year. An important part of this role is to help make their experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible. You will also be asked to help host and represent Camphill Blair Drummond at our Corporate Volunteering days. This will involve setting up the room for refreshments and lunch and engage with the volunteers when the opportunities arise.

You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and will be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Hours: 30 hours per week over 5 days, Monday – Friday with flexible working hours considered

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Assistant Day Service Coordinator Nutrition

Our Community is growing – be part of our success.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our community in a newly created post of Assistant Day Service Coordinator - Nutrition.

This role will take lead responsibility for the provision of lunch to day students but will also have a broader focus on involving students and residents in learning about food preparation, food hygiene, presentation and table service skills as well as exploring the opportunity for residents and students to gain accreditation for skills learned. The future vision for the role also includes partnership working with our community development and enterprise team to explore resident / student involvement in the Bakery and beyond. The right candidate should be able to grasp the vision we have already for the role, embrace it and be prepared to develop it further REHIS or other Food Hygiene Qualification with experience and working knowledge of CookSafe and ability to run a working kitchen within a care setting is desirable.
