That’s where our Relief Support Worker role comes in.

We are currently looking to increase our numbers of Relief Support Staff across both Day and Residential Services, to provide high quality, person centred care and support across a range of living situations. They work when they can or when required to provide cover staff absence and annual leave, so why not check us out on our website and complete an online application form?

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Production Gardener & Estate Worker Horticulturalist

Production Gardener


Experienced and enthusiastic Production Gardener required for a residential community in rural Stirling.

Situated in over 5 acres of beautiful grounds surrounded by Stirlingshire countryside, Camphill Blair Drummond is a thriving residential and day service community for adults with complex learning needs.

We are a unique community where everyone contributes to the care of our estate and outdoor areas allowing those we support to realise their potential.

If you have a keen interest in fruit, vegetable and herb production in a community for people with complex needs, I would like to hear from you.

If you would like to produce edibles whilst educating and supporting adults with complex needs, I would like to hear from you.

If you would like to work & oversee a productive Kitchen Garden, Herbarium and Orchards, I would like to hear from you.

If you would like a role growing fruit, vegetables and herbs from seed to harvest, we have the job for you.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days.

Salary: £22,953

Additional Benefits:
