Due to internal promotion, we have vacancies for Residential Support Workers. We are
currently looking to increase our numbers of Residential Support Staff to provide high
quality, person centred care and support across a range of living situations.

Hours of work are 40 per week, worked over seven days on a shift pattern basis. Some
sleepover shifts may be required.
Salary: £19,760 per annum
Holidays: 31 days holiday each year rising to 36 after 4 years service
Pension: Sector Leading 10% employer pension contribution
Sleepover: Additional Payment for Sleepover, which could add an extra £3000 to salary
