Forty days after Easter, we celebrate Ascension Day

Forty days after Easter, we celebrate Ascension Day, the day Jesus ascended into heaven. In the past, we marked this occasion with a hill walk to be closer to the clouds, but as our community has grown, we now set out on various walks after Morning Gathering, each offering a chance to connect with nature and one another.

But this isn’t just any walk, and it’s certainly not a race. It’s a moment to slow down, take in the beauty around us, and share meaningful conversations along the way.
