Please read the information below before completing and submitting your application:
Application steps if you are a UK national
- Complete and submit the application and reference request forms below.
If your application is successful at this first stage, we will request references from your referees and invite you for an online interview. - If you are successful at the interview stage, you will be offered a placement and starting date, subject to providing satisfactory proof of identity (copy of passport or birth certificate, etc).
Application steps if you are a non-UK national
- Complete and submit the application and reference request forms below.
If your application is successful at this first stage, we will invite you for an online interview. You will need to provide proof of your identity before the interview can go ahead (passport or ID Card, etc). - If you are successful at the interview stage, you will be offered a placement and a starting date, subject to providing a medical certificate/letter from your doctor, a criminal record check, and two references.
- You will need a visa to volunteer in the UK for 12 months. We will issue you a Certificate of Sponsorship and can support you in the visa application process. However, you will need to pay the costs of your visa application fee and the NHS Health Surcharge.
