Residential Support Workers - Full and Part Time roles available

We are a community of friendly and welcoming Residents, Day Students, International Volunteers, Local Volunteers, Employees, and not forgetting the animals we have on site. Our animals enjoy visits from our Residents and Students in their free time and as we are overlooking the Safari Park you may even spot a giraffe or 2! Now how many people can say they go to work and see Giraffes?!

Camphill Blair Drummond is a unique home from home environment for people with learning difficulties. Our Residents and Day Students take part in daily activities where they can develop their skills and interests whilst making lasting friendships. Due to enhanced funding, we currently have vacancies for Residential Support Workers. We are currently looking to increase our numbers of Residential Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support across a range of living situations.

Hours of work are 40 per week, worked over seven days on a shift pattern basis. Part time hours are available. Some sleepover shifts may be required.

Salary: Full Time £24,9860.00 per annum (Part Time Pro Rata)

Holidays: 31 days holiday each year rising to a maximum of 36 on incremental periods

Pension: Sector Leading 10% employer pension contribution

Sleepover: Additional Payment for Sleepover, which could add an extra £3000 to salary per annum
