Position: Homemaker

This might be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Homemaker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ wellbeing and independence by maintaining a clean and nurturing home environment. You’ll assist with domestic tasks, meal preparation, and social activities, helping to create a space where everyone feels valued and included.

Key Responsibilities:

- Domestic Support: Maintain cleanliness, assist with cooking and laundry, and encourage resident participation.

- Resident Wellbeing: Build trusting relationships, promote independence, and support life skills development.

- Social Engagement: Facilitate activities, celebrations, and shared experiences within the community.

- Teamwork: Work closely with our house teams to provide holistic support.

Qualifications:

Desirable:

- Food preparation qualification

- First Aid certificate

Experience and Skills:

Desirable:

- Knowledge of food hygiene and safeguarding

Personal Attributes:

- Passion for creating a homely environment

- Team player with good organisational skills
