- We continue to invest in spaces, opportunities and relationships

At the heart of our community are the adults with learning disabilities we support, alongside employees, volunteers, families and friends. Together, we create a place rooted in dignity, purpose and belonging where every person is valued for who they are and supported to live a meaningful life.
Our work is guided by the values of the Camphill movement. We believe in recognising the unique potential in every individual and in creating environments where people can flourish. Everyday life here is shaped by relationships, shared rhythms, creative activity and opportunities to connect, large and small moments that, together, make this community feel like home.
As we celebrate 50 years of Camphill Blair Drummond, we are taking time to reflect on the journeys, stories and people who have shaped our community. It is a moment to honour our past, to say thank you to those who have walked alongside us, and to recognise the countless moments of courage, joy and growth that have brought us to where we are today.
At the same time, we are looking forward. We continue to invest in spaces, opportunities and relationships that support health, wellbeing and inclusion for the future. Our community is always evolving - shaped by the voices, needs and aspirations of the people who live and work here.
