Within a unique family setting, we seek to help our residents, our day students, and yes, our employees and our volunteers reach their fullest potential.

Here, we all live, work and grow together in a vibrant rural community, regardless of age, background, nationality or ability. Employees and volunteers work alongside adults with complex learning disabilities and everyone contributes to the normal pattern of community life. Tasks such as baking bread, tending the gardens and helping out in the estate grounds are shared by everyone and matched to individual abilities.
