As Quality & Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and maintaining high-quality care and support, driving change, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers the chance to foster continuous improvement across services and work alongside employees, volunteers, families, and external partners to create a culture of accountability and innovation.
In this position, you will:
- Develop a quality assurance framework that aligns with regulatory standards and person-centred values.
- Lead audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance and engage with the community.
- Drive policy development and provide training to maintain high standards of care, safety, and inclusion.
- Serve as the main liaison with regulatory bodies, managing inspections and reporting.
- Champion stakeholder feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor risk management and safeguarding practices.
- Contribute to strategic planning and innovation to improve the community-based care model.

Salary: £44,089.50 – £51,031.50
Holidays: 31 days holiday each year rising to a maximum of 36

Interviews: The initial interviews will take place on August 7 and 8, 2025. This will include an initial visit around our community. With a second stage interview and presentation at the end of the week, starting 18 August 2025.
