Position: Day Service and Residential Support Workers

As a Support Worker you will:
- Support daily living activities from household and dat to day tasks to personal care.
- Encourage and support participation in a wide range of creative activities, enabling everyone to achieve their potential.
- Working closely with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent, person-centred care.

Salary: £13.25 per hour
Holidays: 31 days holiday each year rising to a maximum of 36 on incremental periods
Pension: Sector Leading 10% employer pension contribution
Sleepover: £75 additional payment per sleepover worked
