Join Our Team – Finance & Compliance Officer
Location: Camphill Blair Drummond, Stirling
Hours: 37.5 per week (full-time)
Salary: £31,102
Camphill Blair Drummond is seeking a skilled and motivated Finance & Compliance Officer to support our financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. This role also leads on managing residents’ finances and delivering financial training across our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Support financial reporting, audits, and monthly accounts
Manage payments, credit cards, donations, and resident finances
Maintain compliance records and assist with policy development
Lead financial training and quarterly audits
What We’re Looking For:
Solid accounting experience and attention to detail
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Charity finance knowledge and relevant qualifications (desirable)
